• merged pylxd/models/instance: Support selective state recursion in Instance.all() canonical/pylxd

  `Instance.all()` gains an optional `fields=[…]` argument that threads through to a `recursion=2;fields=…` query, with a fallback when the server doesn't advertise the extension. Ships in **pylxd 2.3.9**. Fixes #706.
